SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Independent Contractor of the Company shall be bound by this Agreement to fulfill the following services for the Company:

  • Administrative Assistant

  • Bookkeeper

  • Business Development Manager

  • Copywriter

  • Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Go High Level Specialist

  • SOP Specialist

  • Senior Lead Generation Specialist

  • Workforce Specialist/Real-Time Analyst

TITLE: Administrative Assistant

Duties as an Administrative Assistant:

- Knowledgeable in carrying out a variety of tasks such as data entry, research, social media management, email correspondence, calendar management, setting appointments, etc

- Taking down notes of meetings, admin hearings, coaching sessions, interviews, and other important events and responsible for filing, safekeeping, and archiving of such documents.

- Research, resolve issues, and can input data into spreadsheets and documents in an organized manner

- Responsible for responding to my business emails, setting appointments on my calendar

- Anticipate, identify, document, and manage key project risks, proposing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans and communicates in a timely manner to stakeholders and senior management

TITLE: Business Development Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Duties as a/an Business Development Manager: 

- Identifying target accounts and searching business contacts across the board.

- Looking up data on business-to-business leads on social media and using AI tools to personalize outreach.

- Managing cold emailing campaigns to nurture leads.

- Scoring and qualifying leads.

- Scheduling appointments with qualified leads and handing them over to closers.

- Doing demos and handling objections.

- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Other duties as assigned

TITLE: Go High Level Specialist

Duties as a/an Go High Level Specialist

- Configure and administer GoHighLevel CRM

- Create high converting campaigns, funnels, and sales pages

- Design multi-step messaging, reminder, and follow up sequences via SMS and email

- Track and monitor system automations to ensure they are working as designed

- Integrate and exchange data with Google Workspace

- Load and maintain course content

- Ensure data integrity between systems and integrations
- Other duties as assigned


TITLE: Bookkeeper

Duties as a Bookkeeper:

- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process

- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger

- Bring the books to the trial balance stage

- Perform partial checks of the posting process

- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements

- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned

TITLE: Copywriter

Duties as a/an Copywriter

- Writing clear and error-free content for a website that reflects the company’s voice

- Meeting with clients to understand their message, brand voice and target audience

- Proposing copy concepts in an engaging way for clients and carrying out projects once they are approved

- Interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts

- Collaborating with PR and marketing departments to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials

- Working with clients to edit and modify copy to meet their content expectations
- Other duties as assigned

TITLE: Digital Marketing Specialist

Duties as a/an Digital Marketing Specialist

- Creating visual concepts for promotional activities

- Managing the digital marketing calendar

- Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company

- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content

- Tracking digital marketing performance

- Creating and updating digital marketing reports

- Overseeing the digital marketing budget

- Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
- Other duties as assigned

TITLE: Senior Lead Generation Specialist

Duties as a/an Senior Lead Generation Specialist

- Identify ideal prospects based on ideal customers based on location, type of business, size of business, industry, etc.

- Strategically identify new prospects using LinkedIn, Google Research, provided prospects lists, etc

- Develop new business via phone and email communication

- Provide market research insights relevant to product development and pricing.

- Provide competitor insights.

- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments, call prospective clients, and identifies potential opportunities

- Move opportunities through the sales funnel by cultivating prospect relationships through initiating communications and providing follow-up communications.

- Work with the CEO / Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.

- Manage data for new and prospective clients within a CRM, logging all communications and providing accurate documentation and information.

- Assisting in database management and updates

- Keep records of calls, sales generated and record useful information

- Entry of information about prospects into CRM, create dated follow-ups

- Updating and organizing contact records and lists

- Ask pertinent questions to understand the clients’ requirements, pain points, and areas of interest

- Contributes to the success of the company

- Coordinate with the Marketing team for entering contacts into email campaigns

- Other duties as assigned


TITLE: SOP Specialist

Duties as a/an SOP Specialist

- Managing process change 

- Leading process redesign workshops 

- Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes 

- Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance 

- Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users 

- Applying their knowledge of business process modeling notations to documenting processes
- Other duties as assigned


TITLE: Workforce Specialist/Real-Time Analyst

Duties as a/an Workforce Specialist/Real-Time Analyst: 

- Pinpoint areas for improvement through monitoring call volumes, managing agent staffing, scheduling processes, and forecasting future needs for a successful client program

- Use your knowledge and understanding of client needs to analyze and prepare

staffing reports while comparing new information to old reports 

- Forecast and recommend staffing headcounts on a long-term basis

- Bring your time management and organizational skills to manage multiple, complex, on‐going tasks

- Work across many departments to implement existing and new processes built for

success

- To work as subject matter expert on resource management concepts and scheduling tools for multiple regions/industry/sector teams. Develop strong working relationships with COO /Seniors as well as with experience management/resource management teams onshore.

- Work with Service Delivery teams to create optimized resource portfolios/resource allocation plan on classified accounts/clients.

- Proactively identify staffing challenges and provide customized scheduling solutions and ensure staffing guidelines are consistently followed within the resource management and Service Delivery teams.
